We defend donor rights and carry out our activities accordingly.”
Donor Rights
1. To be informed about the mission and vision of the NGO, how the donation will be used, and the capacity and intention to use the donation efficiently in line with its purposes,
2. Obtaining information about the board of directors and managers and expecting the managers to perform their duties in a cautious and prudent manner,
3. Access to current financial information,
4. Requesting a guarantee that the donation will be used for its intended purpose,
5. Proper thanks should be given,
6. Requesting confidentiality of donations in accordance with the law,
7. To demand that all relations established with all employees representing the institution are at a professional level,
8. Knowing whether the person requesting the donation is a volunteer, an employee or someone hired from outside for this purpose.
9. Request that your contact information be deleted from the lists if it is to be shared with someone else,
10. When donating, one has the right to ask questions and receive immediate, accurate and clear answers.
