Mr. Mesut Öztürk, after his outstanding services to his country as a civil servant for many years, made serious efforts to support and develop civil society organizations during his retirement, and he made great efforts in the establishment of our Tim Search and Rescue Association. Although we are deeply saddened by the loss of him in December 2023, we will forever cherish his advice and the big brotherhood he showed to all of us, from the youngest to the oldest. May his soul rest in peace with mercy and gratitude.
